1. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), any information that makes a natural person identifiable or identifiable is considered personal data. LEGAL BASIS AND METHODS FOR COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA Your personal data is collected verbally, in writing, or electronically in order to carry out our activities and based on the purposes stated below. In this context, your personal data is processed in line with the principles stated in Article 4/2 of the Law and the principles listed in Article 6 of this notice, either with explicit consent or without consent in cases specified in Article 5/2 of the Law, such as: Being explicitly provided for by law Impossibility of obtaining consent Necessity for contract establishment or performance Legal obligation of the data controller Data being made public by the data subject Necessity for establishment, exercise, or protection of a right Legitimate interests of the data controller Additionally, personal data other than health and sexual life data may be processed without explicit consent in cases provided by law under Article 6/3. When you visit our company, your personal data is collected through electronic systems during your entry and based on your declarations. Processed personal data: Visitor registration data such as: name, surname, and ID number. 3. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA AND PURPOSES As the data controller, the Company processes your personal data for the following purposes: Visitor registration and tracking Physical security of premises Providing information to authorized institutions when necessary Data is processed in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK. Personal data is processed in compliance with principles of: Lawfulness and fairness Accuracy and keeping up to date when necessary Processing for specific, clear, and legitimate purposes Being relevant, limited, and proportionate Retention for the period required by law or purpose Where necessary, data may be shared with authorized public/private institutions and IT service providers. 4. STORAGE PERIOD Your personal data is stored for 6 (six) months after the visitor log book is completed. After this period, your data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with KVKK and related regulations. You may withdraw your consent at any time, except where data must be processed by law. 5. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT If you submit a request regarding your personal data, it will be finalized free of charge within 30 (thirty) days depending on its nature. However, if the process incurs additional costs, a fee may be charged according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the following rights: To learn whether your personal data is processed To request information if it has been processed To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly To know third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad To request correction of incomplete or incorrect data and notification to third parties To request deletion or destruction of data when reasons for processing no longer exist To object to negative results arising from automated analysis To claim compensation if you suffer damages due to unlawful processing 6. For written responses, up to 10 pages are free; each additional page is 1 TL. If provided electronically (CD, USB, etc.), the fee will not exceed the cost of the storage medium.
